Broke Down Near Santa Barbara? Call Us First

We'll tell you if we can look at it and how soon. When we can fit you in, we'll diagnose it the same day.

Step 1: Get Somewhere Safe

Pull as far off the road as you can and turn on your hazard lights. If you're on the freeway, stay buckled in the car unless it isn't safe to stay. Call 911 if anyone is hurt or the car is in a traffic lane.

Step 2: Call Us Before the Tow

Call (805) 964-6554 and tell us what happened and what you're driving. We'll let you know if we can take the car and roughly when we can look at it. Then have your tow company or roadside service bring it to 177 S Patterson Ave, Santa Barbara, CA 93111.

Our Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We're closed from 12:30 to 2:00 PM and on weekends. If you break down after hours, call in the morning and ask about dropping the car off.

How the Diagnosis Works

We find what failed and email you a report with photos and what it will take to get back on the road. You decide what gets done. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you right away so you can plan.
